The AWB or BL will be sent along with product and packaging images. Use the tracking number to track your shipment. -
Shipping Mark
Shipping marks are used to identify your package at the port or airport. -
Inspection Report (1st Party or 3rd Party)
The inspection report issued by the manufacturer or Hankook Industrial Supply is typically free. Charges may apply for third-party inspection services. -

CC or CoC (Certificate of Compliance): Certifies that the product meets the buyer’s specifications.

CQ (Certificate of Quality): Guarantees the quality of the product.

Mill and Material Certificate: Provides information about the materials used and their origin.
