1. Payment Terms
① Bank Transfer (T/T)
T/T, or Telegraphic Transfer, is a payment made via bank transfer.
A bank charge of 25 USD applies for transactions under 2,500 USD.
② PayPal (Credit Card)
PayPal is a quick and convenient payment method, suitable for credit card payments.
A 7.5% transaction fee applies on the total payment amount via PayPal.
For transactions above 1,000 USD, T/T is recommended as it is more cost-effective.
③ Net Payment
Net payment is available only to multinational corporations or publicly listed companies.
④ Letter of Credit (LC)
We do not accept Letters of Credit for transactions below 100,000 USD.
Currently, we do not accept LC from Pakistan, Bangladesh, or India.
⑤ Cash Payment (Korea)
We do not accept in-person cash payments.
However, friends or family members in Korea can make a bank transfer in Korean Won on your behalf.
2. Shipping & Delivery
① Express Shipping (FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT)
This is the fastest, safest, and most convenient delivery option.
Intercom terms: DAP (Delivered at Place) – door-to-door delivery service.
This option is best for high-value or urgent shipments.
Typical shipment weight: 1-300kg.
② Air Cargo
A fast and secure shipping option for urgent deliveries.
Intercom terms: FCA (Free Carrier) or CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid).
This option is ideal for high-value shipments.
Typical shipment weight: 100-1,000kg.
③ Ocean Freight (LCL/FCL)
A cost-effective solution for large or heavy shipments.
Intercom terms: FOB (Free On Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), or CFR (Cost and Freight).
Ideal for shipments with large weight or volume.
Typical shipment weight: 100kg or more, based on container size.
④ Ex Works (ExW)
The buyer is responsible for handling and arranging shipping.
We will assist with shipping documents.
⑤ Domestic Courier (Korea)
A quick and safe shipping option, with CIP terms (Carriage and Insurance Paid to the nearest international airport).
Ideal for high-value, urgent shipments.
Typical shipment weight: 100-1,000kg.

- AWB/BL (Air Waybill/Bill of Lading)

- Inspection Reports (First-party or third-party reports)
4. Warranty
Our standard warranty is for one year. If any issues arise with the machine or its parts, we will be fully responsible for replacing the faulty parts.
