• Preparation of Packages Before Shipment
• Provision of All Shipping Documents and Pick-up Address
• Smooth Communication with Your Forwarding Agent in Korea
• Safe Pick-up Arrangement and Advance Notice

Important Notice

• We do not book Express Services using your account number, except for FedEx.

• Booking services are exclusively offered to customers with total transactions over USD 100,000

   
• A handling charge of USD 20 applies to all Ex-Work transactions.

How to Calculate Ex-Work Charges?

• Ex-Work handling charge: USD 20
• Packing costs may apply depending on the terms and conditions.

Ex-Work Process

1. Express Service

1. We send you a Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Product Pictures via email.
2. Pick-up address is provided along with the documents.
3. You send us the AWB (Air Waybill).
   • We do not arrange Express Service bookings for you.

2. Air Cargo

1. We send you a Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Product Pictures via email.
2. Pick-up address is provided along with the documents.
3. You must send us the contact details of your local forwarding agent.
4. Once the pick-up is completed, we will send you a notice and BL (Bill of Lading).
   • If a specific "Shipping Mark" format is required, please provide the details in advance.

3. Ocean Freight (LCL · FCL)

1. We send you a Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Product Pictures via email.
2. Pick-up address is provided along with the documents.
3. You must send us the contact details of your local forwarding agent.
4. Once the pick-up is completed, we will send you a notice and BL (Bill of Lading).
