- We do not accept DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) conditions because we cannot determine the exact customs duties and VAT in your country.
- Only DAP (Delivered At Place) terms are accepted.
Shipping and Delivery Options
1. Express Service (FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT)
- Fastest, safest, and most convenient shipping option
- Incoterms: DAP (Door-to-door delivery service)
- Best for high-value and urgent packages
- Average Shipping Weight: 1-300kg
How to Calculate Express Service Costs
- Dimensional Weight:

2. Air Cargo
- Fast and safe shipping service
- Incoterms: FCA (Free Carrier) or CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid To)
- Best for high-value and urgent packages
- Average Shipping Weight: 100-1,000kg
How to Calculate Air Cargo Costs
- Dimensional Weight:
Length (L) × Width (W) × Height (H) in cm÷6,000=Dimensional Weight (kg)\text{Length (L) × Width (W) × Height (H) in cm} \div 6,000 = \text{Dimensional Weight (kg)} - Actual Weight: Measured by scale as Packing Weight (kg)
- Airlines charge whichever is higher between Dimensional Weight and Actual Weight.
- Additional costs may include Trucking, Surcharges, Airport Charges, Insurance, and Handling Fees.
3. Ocean Freight (LCL · FCL)
- Cost-effective shipping for heavy and volumetric packages
- Incoterms: FOB, CIF, or CFR
- Best for heavy weight and large volume shipments
- Average Shipping Weight: 50kg and above
How to Calculate FCL (Full Container Load) Costs
- Container options: 20ft, 40ft, or 40ft High Cube
- Additional costs may include Trucking, Terminal Handling Charges (THC), Insurance, and Handling Fees.
How to Calculate LCL (Less than Container Load) Costs
- Based on CBM (Cubic Meter): 1 CBM = 100cm × 100cm × 100cm
- Additional costs may include Trucking, CFS Charges, THC, Insurance, and Handling Fees.
4. Ex-Work
- Buyers handle their own shipping arrangements
- Hankook Industrial Supply will provide the necessary shipping documents
- A USD 20 handling charge applies for Ex-Work transactions
5. Courier (Korea)
- Fast and reliable shipping
- Incoterms: CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid to your nearest international airport)
- Best for high-value and urgent packages
- Average Shipping Weight: 100-1,000kg
How to Calculate Courier (Korea) Costs
- Standard Courier: USD 5 per box
- Special Courier: USD 100-500, depending on weight, dimensions, and location.
